Section 2: Specific Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
Applies to all offers and contracts for sale and delivery of products by Atlandy.
Any exception must be agreed in writing.
Note: Information on the website constitutes an invitation to contract only.
The contract is only concluded after confirmation by Atlandy.
2. Online Orders
To place an order
- Select products and add them to the cart
- Fill in billing and delivery details
- Confirm and make payment
- You will receive a confirmation email
Atlandy reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical error, system failure or incorrect data.
3. Payment Methods
- Multibanco Reference
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal (3% fee)
- MB WAY
Shipping occurs only on working days.
Estimated delivery time: 24 to 72 hours after dispatch.
4. Product Information
Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Descriptions are based on information provided by sellers.
Pricing Policy
In case of an obvious pricing error, Atlandy will inform the customer to:
- Confirm purchase at the correct price; or Cancel and receive a refund
5. Deliveries and Shipping Costs
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer, without scheduling.
Shipping costs are communicated before completing the purchase.
6. Guarantees
Products are covered by Decree-Law No. 67/2003, as amended.
Atlandy acts as an intermediary and transfers the manufacturer’s warranty to the customer.
Used or refurbished products: 1-year warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, transport or incorrect installation is not covered.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of Atlandy error.

8. Order Cancellation
Non-payment within 2 working days results in automatic cancellation.
9. Non-returnable Products
Include, among others:
- Personal or hygiene products
- Opened software
- Customised or perishable products
10. Force Majeure
Atlandy is not responsible for failures due to:
Strikes, wars, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics.
Obligations are suspended during such events.
11. Privacy and Cookies Policy
Compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Law No. 58/2019.
Rights: access, rectification, limitation, portability and objection.
